Located in the culturally rich surroundings of Bungamati, Lalitpur, this luxury retreat development is an ongoing hospitality project designed by Remodelers Nepal. Spread across an expansive 38 Anna property, the project is envisioned as a serene destination that celebrates nature, architecture, and authentic regional design.
The retreat's architectural concept is inspired by a unique fusion of traditional Nepali craftsmanship and timeless Kerala architecture. The design harmoniously combines sloped roofs, natural materials, courtyards, wooden detailing, open verandas, stone elements, and tropical-inspired spatial planning to create a tranquil and immersive hospitality experience.
Surrounded by lush landscapes and natural beauty, the retreat has been carefully planned to offer guests a peaceful escape while maintaining a strong connection to local culture and the environment. The master plan integrates accommodation spaces, communal gathering areas, wellness-focused environments, landscaped gardens, and outdoor recreational zones that promote relaxation and well-being.
Special attention has been given to sustainability, natural ventilation, daylight optimization, and contextual design principles to ensure that the development blends seamlessly with its surroundings while delivering modern comfort and luxury.
Currently under construction, this landmark retreat project reflects Remodelers Nepal's expertise in hospitality architecture, resort planning, and destination-focused design development.
